A gunman shot dead eight people in a bar in eastern Czech Republic
Eight people died in a cafe in the east of the Czech Republic as a result of shooting opened by one of the visitors. The shooting at the Družba bar in the town of Uherský Brod in Eastern Moravia, according to the mayor's office, was opened by a local resident who was about 60 years old. The man, according to preliminary information, had two firearms with him. In total, he fired about 20 shots. The man who opened fire, according to Reuters, citing local authorities, committed suicide.
