The Big Bang Theory TV Series Established a Scholarship for Young Scientists
The creators of The Big Bang Theory have established a scholarship for students at the University of California (UCLA) majoring in science, technology, engineering and mathematics. The scholarship fund is four million dollars. The funds were donated by the Chuck Lorre Foundation, the creator of the series, about 50 people involved in the filming of The Big Bang Theory, including the main actors, as well as other representatives of the film industry, including CBS and Warner Bros. television.
