Former head of the board of Mosoblbank sentenced to six years in prison
The former head of the board of Mosoblbank, Viktor Yanin, found guilty of embezzling about 580 million rubles, was sentenced to six years in prison in a penal colony. Yanin's verdict was announced by the Izmailovsky District Court of Moscow. In addition, Yanin, by court decision, will have to pay a fine of 800 thousand rubles and compensate Mosoblbank for damages of 578 million rubles. The state prosecution requested that Yanin be sentenced to eight years in prison.
