FBI arrests neighbor of San Bernardino terrorists
Enrique Marquez, 24, a former neighbor of Siad Farouk, a participant in the San Bernardino massacre, has been arrested in the United States. He is charged with terrorism, illegal acquisition of weapons and misleading immigration authorities, according to the US Department of Justice. In 2011-2012, Marquez, at the request of Farouk, acquired weapons, with which Farouk and his wife Tashfin Malik killed 14 people on December 2, 2015.

The Arbitration Court of St. Petersburg recognized the bankruptcy claim of Sberbank by Vladimir Kekhman, the former head of JFC and general director of the Novosibirsk Opera and Ballet Theater, as justified. The court rejected the arguments of Kekhman’s representatives that he had no obligations to Sberbank, since since the last meeting Kekhman had repaid part of the debt, thereby actually recognizing himself as a debtor, Interfax reports.

STS Media shareholders approved the deal to sell 75 percent of assets to the YuTV holding, owned by Alisher Usmanov and Ivan Tavrin. The deal was approved by 62.66 percent of the vote. The Cyprus company Telcrest Investments Limited, which owns 25 percent of the shares of STS Media, did not participate in the voting because it is under sanctions from the US Treasury. One of the company's beneficiaries is businessman Yuri Kovalchuk.

Estonia accused Russia of violating airspace
