46 thousand Russians lost their driver's licenses due to debts
More than 46,000 Russians lost their driver's license due to debts in the two months of the new law, the Federal Bailiffs Service reported. According to the bailiff service, 200,000 people could potentially fall under the law. The agency has already warned 168,000 debtors that their driver's license could be taken away. According to TASS, in terms of the frequency of application, the new rule may become the second after the restriction of the right to travel outside Russia.
