Russian officers will no longer be issued woolen tunics and the number of ties will be reduced
The Russian government has decided to give out fewer woolen clothes to the military. This follows from the decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of November 4, 2016, which was published a week later. According to the document, in the next five years (until June 1, 2022), officers, ensigns and midshipmen in the Navy will not be issued woolen tunics, trousers and caps. At the same time, the ceremonial analogues of these things will be issued as before.
