Obama commutes Chelsea Manning's sentence. She will be released in May

In total, on January 17, Obama commuted the sentence of 273 prisoners, 64 of whom were pardoned. In total, during his reign, he reduced the sentence of 1385 people, of whom more than 500 were sentenced to life.
