FSB General Oleg Feoktistov, who is called the initiator of the case of Alexei Ulyukaev, got a job at Peresvet Bank. Shares in this bank were previously owned by the Russian Orthodox Church. Now he is undergoing a reorganization procedure by the All-Russian Bank for Regional Development (RRDB), owned by Rosneft. RBC reports, citing unnamed sources, that Feoktistov has become a personnel adviser to the head of Peresvet, Mikhail Polunin.
