A refugee from Chechnya, Movsar Eskerkhanov, who told the American magazine Time about his homosexuality, apologized to the residents and the leadership of Chechnya, the BBC Russian Service reports. A video of Exerkhanov's apology, according to the newspaper, was published on November 13 by the Grozny TV channel.
