In Crimea, a former traffic policeman shot down seven teenagers, RIA Novosti reports. On December 2, in a Zhiguli, he drove into teenagers when they were walking along the sidewalk. Four victims were sent to the hospital. As the head of the Bratsk rural settlement, Elena Izmailova, said, the driver had previously been repeatedly caught drunk at the wheel and "such behavior got away with him." According to her, he boasted of connections in the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
