Update : The administration of the Federal Penitentiary Service for the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug confirmed to RIA Novosti that Anvar Masalimov, who was sentenced to life imprisonment, was released. 63-year-old Anvar Masalimov, sentenced to life imprisonment for murder, left the Polar Owl colony in the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous District and is presumably in Moscow, Moskovsky Komsomolets reports, citing Larisa Novolodskaya, a representative of the Vologda Regional Court.
