Russian safety workers have uncovered 270,000 safety violations since March, and they're only 2/3 of the way through nationwide inspections
Federal Emergency Management Agency workers say they’ve uncovered 270,000 safety violations at shopping centers, movie theaters, hotels, and other public facilities since the deadly fire at a shopping mall in Kemerovo this March. According to the news agency TASS , officials have charged more than 17,000 people with related administrative offenses. Federal officials are about two-thirds done inspecting almost 90,000 public facilities across the country.
