Russian TV channels changed their broadcast schedule due to Putin's appeal on pensions
Federal TV channels have changed the broadcast schedule for August 29 to show a video message from Russian President Vladimir Putin, in which he will talk about raising the retirement age. The appeal will be shown by Russia 1 , NTV , REN-TV , Channel Five , TV Center . There are no changes in the program on the First Channel website yet. TV channels have allocated from 30 to 40 minutes to broadcast the appeal, which will begin at 12:00 Moscow time.
