Detained in Oslo, Russian Mikhail Bochkarev works as an IT adviser in the Federation Council, in particular, he is responsible for the work of the website of the upper house of parliament, RBC reports citing sources. According to sources, Bochkarev was in Norway on a business trip, and it was not the first time he went there on business. On the evening of September 24, the Russian Foreign Ministry announced that the Norwegian Ambassador to Moscow, Rune Resaland, had been summoned.
