On September 9, Ivan Belyakov, a participant in a protest against raising the retirement age in Moscow, was accused of violence against an employee of the National Guard, TASS reports. The investigation petitioned for the arrest of Belyakov, but on September 27, the Khamovnichesky Court refused to satisfy this petition. What the court motivated its refusal, is not specified. Previously, the case against Ivan Belyakov was not reported.
