The Investigative Committee has charged Kirill Zhukov, a participant in the July 27 protest , with participating in mass riots and using violence against a government official. This was reported by Pavel Chikov, head of Agora. The punishment for the first charge is from three to eight years of imprisonment, the maximum punishment for the second is up to five years in prison. Zhukov does not admit his guilt on both counts, Chikov clarified .
