House of Commons approves bill to ban hard Brexit. UK exit from EU may be delayed again
The House of Commons, the lower house of the British parliament, has approved a bill to ban a hard Brexit, BBC News reports. The document obliges British Prime Minister Boris Johnson to ask the EU to delay Brexit from October 31 to January 31, 2020, if the British parliament does not approve the deal with Brussels by mid-October. The bill was passed by 327 members of parliament, with 299 against. It will now go to the House of Lords.
