Spain will resume issuing Schengen visas in Moscow. But you won’t be able to enter the country until anti-Covid restrictions are lifted.
The Consulate General of Spain in Moscow announced that from May 12, Russian residents will again be able to apply for Schengen visas. Visas will be available to people who previously had Spanish visas with a validity of at least one year, but, as noted in the consulate, "priority will be given to holders of previous visas for two, three and five years, as well as relatives of EU citizens and owners." Visas will be valid on June 1st.
