Student Valeria Bashkirova, accused of committing an accident in which two children died and another child was injured, has appealed the arrest, TASS reports citing the press service of the Tver Court of Moscow. On July 19, the court changed the measure of restraint for 18-year-old Bashkirova from house arrest to detention until September 16. The preventive measure was changed after the death of the second child injured in the accident.
