A fundraiser has begun to help Afghans in Russia who are facing deportation to their homeland
The Civil Assistance Committee has announced a fundraiser to help Afghans in Russia. The money is planned to be collected to help those Afghans who have been in the country for a long time and who are threatened with deportation to their homeland. In total, 95 people have contacted the charity, and this number, according to Civic Assistance, will grow. Returning to a country that the Taliban have captured threatens them with torture, imprisonment or death.
