Three German parties - the SPD, the Greens and the Free Democrats - have agreed to form a coalition. It is reported by Deutsche Welle. Olaf Scholz, a member of the SPD, will become the new Chancellor. It is expected that the procedure for his election will take place in about two weeks, at the latest on 8 December. The co-chair of the Greens Annalena Burbock, Der Spiegel reports , will receive the post of foreign minister.
