95,865 Russian workers are currently on idle . This was stated at a meeting of the Federation Council by the vice-speaker of the upper house of parliament Galina Karelova, Interfax reports. The largest number of workers on idle status are in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Samara and Kaluga regions. 36,765 organizations, where a total of 8.4 million Russians work, announced changes to their employment regime, Karelova added.
