In Moscow, Artem Potapov was detained on Pushkinskaya Square for treating passersby with candy. As his wife told OVD-Info , the man was sitting on a bench with a sign that said, "Who is against the war, help yourself to some candy," and next to him was a package of Raffaello candies. The police also detained SOTA journalist Yegor Shatov, who interviewed Potapov. The detainees were taken to the Maryina Roshcha police department. Shatov was later released without a report being drawn up.
