Zelensky introduced sanctions against Putin, members of the Russian government and rectors of Russian universities
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky imposed sanctions against Russian President Vladimir Putin, his press secretary Dmitry Peskov, Security Council Secretary Nikolai Patrushev, as well as members of the Russian government, including Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin. Sanctions consist, in particular, in the blocking of assets, the suspension of the fulfillment of economic and financial obligations, and the restriction of trade operations.
