Russian-controlled occupation authorities in Kharkiv region report that they have started evacuating people from Izyum
According to TASS, the Russian-controlled administration of the occupied part of Kharkiv Region announced that it had started "evacuating" civilians from the town of Izyum, which is controlled by Russian troops. Vitaly Ganchev, a representative of the occupation authorities, said that people were being evacuated "primarily from Kupyansk and Izyum." Additionally, residents of Velykyi Burluk were invited to leave for "safer locations." According to Ganchev, the village had come under shelling.
