Putin, Pashinyan and Aliyev held talks in Sochi. Armenia and Azerbaijan agreed to refrain from using force
Negotiations between the heads of Russia, Armenia and Azerbaijan Vladimir Putin, Nikol Pashinyan and Ilham Aliyev took place in Sochi, the Kremlin press service reported. During the summit, Putin first met with Pashinyan, then with Aliyev, after which trilateral talks took place. Following their results, the parties adopted a joint statement.
