Military registration and enlistment offices in 35 regions of Russia have begun sending summonses to local residents, Pavel Chikov, head of the Agora international human rights group, said. In his telegram channel, the human rights activist gave a complete list of regions where subpoenas are sent out. Among them are Moscow, St. Petersburg, Leningrad, Moscow, Belgorod and Murmansk regions, Altai, Perm, Krasnoyarsk and Krasnodar regions. Where Chikov got this information, he did not explain.
