South African authorities will hold consultations with Russia in connection with the issuance of an arrest warrant by the International Criminal Court for Russian President Vladimir Putin. About this, writes TASS, said the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation of South Africa Naledi Pandor. The consultations will be held on the eve of the BRICS summit, which is due to be held in South Africa in August and to which the leaders of all countries of the group, including Putin, are invited.
