A UN investigation has confirmed that the village of Groza in the Kharkov region was shelled by the Russian military. 59 people died there, all of them were civilians
The Office of the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR) released a report ( .pdf ) following an investigation into the shelling of the village of Groza in the Kharkiv region, which killed 59 people. The report was compiled based on an inspection of the shelling site by UN specialists, as well as testimony from 35 people, including local residents, witnesses, two survivors, medical personnel and mortuary staff.
