Almost all employees of OpenAI , the developer of ChatGPT, have signed a letter demanding that the board of directors, which has decided to fire one of the company's founders, Sam Altman, as CEO, be replaced. According to Bloomberg, more than 700 of the 770 OpenAI employees who signed the letter threatened to quit and go to work for the company's main investor, Microsoft, unless the board of directors resigns and Altman is reinstated.
