Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree increasing the number of personnel in the country's army by almost 170,000 people. The document was published on the Kremlin website. According to the decree, the authorized strength of the Russian Armed Forces will be 2,209,130 people, including 1,320,000 military personnel.
