Former Chairman of the Constitutional Court of Russia Marat Baglay has died
Former Chairman of the Constitutional Court (CC) of Russia, Marat Baglay, died in Moscow at the age of 92. According to the court's press service, Baglay died after a long illness. “The departure of Marat Viktorovich is a loss for the entire legal community. He enjoyed the respect of his colleagues as a high professional, a reliable comrade, and a wise teacher,” the Constitutional Court said in a statement. Marat Baglay was born in Baku on March 13, 1931.
