The Chechen authorities have decided to limit the tempo of playback of all musical, vocal and choreographic works in the republic at a level from 80 to 116 beats per minute (BPM), Grozny-inform reports, citing the Ministry of Culture of the Chechen Republic. The Minister of Culture of Chechnya, Musa Dadaev, said during an extended meeting on April 5 that a “ final decision” had been made on this issue, agreed with the head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov.
