The entire territory of Lebanon was left without electricity. The last working power station closed due to a lack of fuel
In Lebanon on August 17, the last working power station was closed, which provided the country with electricity. This was reported by the Lebanese Energy Corporation Electricite du Liban, reports Jerusalem Post. The reason for the termination of the work was a lack of fuel. Because of this, the supply of energy throughout the country ceased, including large cities and important infrastructure facilities, including Beirut Airport, seaport, water pumps and sewer systems.
