The head of Chechnya , Ramzan Kadyrov, criticized the tightening of migration policy in Russia. He said that some of the measures being taken—which ones, Kadyrov did not specify—are, “to put it mildly, disappointing.” “It feels like someone is purposefully pitting Russia against neighboring fraternal regions. If the migration policy is changed, it will not be in such a disgusting way, when they frantically rush at all non-locals who come to hand.
