Yerevan police released Russian citizen Nikolai Zonov, who was detained due to the criminal case instituted against him in Russia, his wife, Arevik Zonova, told the Ark project. Zonova was released on the evening of March 15, after 18:00 local time, when the maximum detention period has expired - 72 hours. “The man was released without a preventive measure associated with imprisonment,” the Ark said. Nikolai Zonova was detained on March 12, when he submitted documents for Armenia citizenship.
