On October 11, a rally was held in Vladivostok against increasing the recycling fee for cars. More than 500 people came to the protest, writes “7×7 – Horizontal Russia”. Participants held posters: “They have Mercedes, but we have Lada cars,” “Affordable cars – fair collection,” “There is scrap, but where are the factories?” The protest took place near the Youth House, the rally site was fenced off by law enforcement officers, and protesters walked through a metal detector.
