The Moscow City Court sentenced Azerbaijani citizen Shahin Abbasov, who was found guilty of murdering a Moscow resident, biker Kirill Kovalev, to 17 years in a maximum security colony over a dispute in a parking lot, the Investigative Committee reports. Two more defendants in the case, Abbasov’s brother Shohrat and cousin Isakhan, were sentenced to 12 and 8 years in prison for participation in the murder and concealment, respectively. The court acquitted the brothers' father, Nizami Abbasov.
