In Vyshgorod, Kyiv region, as a result of a Russian attack, a residential multi-storey building caught fire, killing one person and injuring 19 others, said the head of the regional military administration, Nikolai Kalashnik. Among the victims were four children, 11 people were hospitalized with injuries of varying severity, Kalashnik specified. According to the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, 146 people were evacuated from the high-rise building.
