Russian troops attacked civilian infrastructure in the Odessa region, as well as critical infrastructure in the Nikolaev region. At least seven people were injured in the attacks. The head of the military administration of the Odessa region, Oleg Kiper, called the night attack “one of the most massive.” According to him, two people were injured, no deaths were reported. According to the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, four people were injured.
