Russian troops carried out a drone strike on a sunflower oil production plant in Dnepr, owned by the American company Bunge, said the mayor of the city, Boris Filatov. According to the official, as a result of the attack, 300 tons of oil spilled onto the roads of the Dnieper. Because of this, travel along the city embankment will be impossible for two to three days, the mayor warned.
