Voting at the republican referendum on the adoption of the new Constitution of Kazakhstan has ended, the polling stations closed at 20:00 local time. According to preliminary data, 9,126,850 citizens received ballots, that is, the turnout was 73.24% of the total number of voters, writes Informburo.kz. “Vlast” notes that this is the highest turnout since the 2019 presidential elections, when 77.5% of citizens went to the polling stations.
