Vladimir Gusinsky's claim against prosecutor Vasily Kolmogorov and Komsomolskaya Pravda was satisfied
On Tuesday, the Savyolovsky Intermunicipal Court of Moscow upheld the claim of the head of the Media-Most holding, Vladimir Gusinsky, against Deputy Prosecutor General Vasily Kolmogorov and the newspaper Komsomolskaya Pravda for the “protection of constitutional rights.” Thus, the court recognized that information discrediting him had been disseminated against the head of the Media-Most holding, namely that the head of the holding had committed “criminal acts,” RIA Novosti reports.
