Pakistani court issues arrest warrant for former prime minister
The judge of the special tax court in the Pakistani city of Rawalpindi, Rustam Ali Malik, issued an arrest warrant for the country's former Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto, who is accused of concealing income and evading taxes, RIA Novosti reports. Benazir Bhutto, who has been in self-imposed exile in England for several years, and her husband, businessman Asif Ali Zardari, were convicted of accepting multimillion-dollar bribes under the former government of Nawaz Sharif.
