Russia compensated to investors loss from Argentina default
Investors lost almost 60% of Argentina’s debt paper investments in 2001. However, many of them, selling Argentine bonds, "found refuge" in the bonds of Russia and Brazil, experts say. According to Financial Times , investments in Russian bonds brought them an income of 52%, that is, to a large extent compensated for losses in Argentina.
