Kaliningraders are offered to travel to Russia underground
The Kaliningrad problem is solved simply, according to Lithuanian professor Algimantas Ambrazyaviciyus. He offers to dig a 70-kilometer tunnel, which in the shortest way would connect Belarus with the Kaliningrad region. True, Poland should give consent to the digging, since the tunnel must be laid under its territory, the Latvian newspaper "Hour" reports. Work, according to the plan of Ambrazyavicius, can be carried out by opening.
