Europe becomes a vegetarian
The number of those who bypass meat shops grows in Europe. According to the latest EURISPES data, in less than three years the number of vegetarians in Italy, for example, increased from one and a half million people, writes La Repubblica . For the most part, the publication notes, these are the so -called "incomplete" vegetarians consuming dairy products, eggs and fish. They have a rather specific approach to nutrition, nevertheless, they constitute a social group that is respected.
