This was announced by ITAR-TASS by the head of the passport and visa service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Chechen Republic, police colonel Alikhadzhi Muguev. According to him, 10 employees of the passport service work in tent towns. Currently, new documents are delivered from Grozny.
