The excommunicated priest does not want to be in the parliament of Georgia, as it is endowed with the highest power
Priest Vasily Mkalavishvili, excommunicated from the Georgian Orthodox Church and leading an independent Gldan diocese, will not take part in the parliamentary elections in Georgia, appointed on November 2, Blagovet-Info reports. This information, received from the diocese itself, refutes the previously published statements by lawyer Mkalavishvili Cartlos Garibashvili, who said that his client intends to fight for the deputy mandate. Currently, Vasily Mkalavishvili is outside Georgia.
