On Saturday evening, at the 91st year of life, the head of the Department of the fuel and energy economy of Moscow Moses Lapir, one of the oldest employees of the city administration system, died. On Sunday, Interfax reported this by the press secretary of the metropolitan mayor Sergei Tsoi. According to him, on Saturday afternoon, Lapir took part in the workshop for the construction of the first light metro line in the Butovo area, and returning home, he died suddenly.
